Another idea would be to have two teams, as the numbers currently stand, and then you or BTB randomly assign each person to a team. 1 light to each team, 4 mids to each team, 1 heavy to each team and one super heavy to each team.

Another forum I frequent on does 2 of these comps anually. The issue is that the start to finish time is 6 months, and a lot of people drop out for one reason or another (personal life issues, injuries, etc.). But this is a much smaller forum, and more people here are consistent enough that it might work well.

I've often thought that 3 months is probably a better time frame.
