I was thinking we would pick our own day to do the challenge, then do as many sets of as many reps as I can. But I'm game for one set of as many reps as possible, including a ten second rest/pause until you are totally spent.

Sorry folks if Im confusing everything...lol I am playing it by ear and trying to sort it myself. Actually we are only using the weight we would use for our 7 rep max.

for instance my 7rm on Dumbbells 100, so I would use 100 for as many reps possible.

lets say, I do 100x12=1200lbs. added to my teams total, then the team total will be added up and calculated into tons.

Team Thor:7500lbs =3.75 tons = 3.75points

each month we added up each week points and declare winning team for that month!

So Team Thor: 20pts
Team Crumbs...i mean Crom: -5pts

OK so my usual 7-8 rep weight for a set would be 35kg's so do i just do AMAP with the 35's for one set at some point this week ?

Yeah at one point during the week just go for it! Best to do it fresh so as to get the most of your points!

Phew, I am glad I am not the one that has to do all the conversions. I hate going from pounds to metric and visa versa.

Can I suggest a post from Silverback with the how to and rules for this week. Might even be helpful to include links or resources to help everyone. Just a thought.

Still unclear, is it one 7 rep set or use your 7rm and do as many reps as possible for one set or is it 7 rm and do as many 7 rep sets as possible. This sounds fun and easy for those of us on team Thor, we just need to make sure it is easy enough for the Crommies to be able to keep up.
