September 2011 Squat Challenge!

Squats using your bodyweight for MAX REPS.


Post a video. Whoever performs the most squats reps using their bodyweight - you weigh 170, you squat 170 - wins a $30 supplement coupon at M&S.

Squats must be parallel or below.

Contest ends last day of September.

BUT - you must do more reps than me to win.

If I weighed about 50lbs less I might take you up on this challenge... but as I can't squat my bodyweight yet (barely), I'm going to have to pass...

This is the guy who did 10 sets of 10 squats in a row last year, just for something fun.

If time between reps doesnt matter, I am in for 185 lbs squat (current bodyweight 181lbs).

Would multiple attempts be okay? i.e. Can I keep trying this throughout the month and the best attempt counts? Also, with, or without belt?

Im going to do this, 200lbs squat, I weighed in at 198lbs today at gym. I will keep a puke bucket near me.
