Reading the many logs I see a lot of people capable of pushing bigger weight for just as many and more.

Reps don't matter... Just get under the bar and squat!

So I thought Pull had destroyed my chances, but today I still decided to start with squats and see what I could do. Didn't even bring the camera, as I wasn't sure I could even get 20.

I'm quite happy to say that I got to twenty and still felt quite strong! I was definitely out of breath, but I had a few more in me. Next weekend I'll have my wife bring the cam and give it an all-out set.

And then I'm sure Pull will do an all out set of freakin' 40 or something.

WOW Pull! That's the way to set the bar!

I'm going to try for BW X age - 225 (?) x 44 reps
It will be a good challenge before I back off for deer, elk and ski season.

I don't normally do high reps since I do so much high rep in the mountains.
