Like I said, I'm just lifting for now because I like to. That will go away later, and I'll go to just pushups, pullups, and situps for my upper body training. Today I ran 5 miles, did a nice chest/shoulder/tri/ab session, then ended the day playing racquetball with my wife for 20 minutes.
I'm definitely feeling good about the extra cardio, and thank everyone for the good advice.
