Dumbbell powerhooks

Not sure if this has been posted already but these look interesting for those that are working out alone and need ways to get heavier dumbbells in to place.

I have looked at hooks for seated presses but haven't found any yet that fit my needs.

I might have to Google those things and see if they have any other versions.

Work on that hip flexibility. Use those knees to launch the dumbbells up and get underneath them :D

I will have to pass

If I could not get the weight up the regular way then I should not be lifting the weight LOL

the guy in the vid was having a hard time with the little weights and had poor form.

My ability to cheat curl/clean two dumbbells into position isn't nearly as strong as my pressing strength. And sometimes when I do cheat them into place, after the second or third effort, by bicep tendons feel very unhappy.
