And these days, we see people asking about diet confusion too...should I confuse my stomach by giving it spaghetti instead of potato? Duh, I don't think it's going to be confused!

im confused about how i hurt my shoulder...does that mean that one shoulder is gonna grow more now?

My muscles must be stupid. Since I'm getting bigger and stronger, I must be confusing them by doing mostly only squats and deads. Good thing my muscles are not geniuses like Tony Hortons' muscles and need 12 different kinds of workouts to confuse them.
