Mike's effort encouraged me to do the challenge with my body weight on my back. Actually went much easier than I thought it would and several times considered upping the weight. Then I would remind myself that there was a time constraint as well, so I played it kind of safe. Plus, I wanted to save a little for that 405 rep at the end!

280 x 5 x 20 sets
405 x 1
This last set is about what I weighed when I began my excellent adventure, so I thought it fitting to include that weight in my 'bodyweight challenge'
