Both have more sugar then I prefer. I also am an 80/20 man. I also use the three step rule for determining what is clean or not. If it takes more than three steps to get to the table, it is probably, though not always, processed.

Example.

A steak. Cow to slaughter house (1) - Butcher (2) - My table (3).

Eggs - Farm - store - table

Bad example : Fiber 1 bars - farms al overl - processing plant, Mixed, formed, wrapped, shipped (6+ steps).

Not fool proof, but it is helpful.
