Its actually not that bad once you get the feel for it. Alot of kettlebell work looks harder than it is. Form is everything as with free weights, if your form sucks you will hurt and won't see much gains. If your form is spot on its amazing how fast you'll increase the bell size you need.

Zercher squats as well.
