Hello Alarice, rather than finding any eating routine, i recommend you find out what your natural body type is and from there, design a suitable training program with the complementing nutrition and diet customized to your genetic body make-up. this will ensure the best results unique to you.

10 Dips
10 Burpees
15 Pushups
10 SINGLE LEG Squats (each side)
5 Chinups

I like that better. Seems more balanced with the strength of each movement/bodypart.

Both look like great routines, I would do either.

Alarice, my question is, do you check your caloric intake?

You have to find you're maintenance calorie level first.
Which is how many calories you eat per day, to maintain you're current weight.

Track the calories of everything you eat in a day, and come back and tell the guys when you have a rough idea.

Then they'll be able to help you determine how many calories you need o deduct from that maintenance level to lose weight efficiently.
