I'm a fan of HIIT workouts, so when I recently tried low impact workouts such as Pilates and Yoga, I was surprised that I actually liked them. I'm trying to mix things up in my workout routine for the week!

It does good to change up your workout routine every now and then. Your body can get use to the same moves so changing it up can keep your body guessing and staying fit. HIIT is a good choice for sure.
