1) To be around 180, stage ready - the sooner the better.
2) 315 x 20 squat.
3) 405 x 20 deadlift.
4) To run a fullbody workout the bulk of 2011.

My goals are:

1) To be around 180, stage ready - the sooner the better.

5) Keep a 1300 3 lift total at under 200 pounds.

My 2011 goals:
  1. Come in in better condition than last year.
  2. Take 1st in all classes entered.
  3. Win my pro card.
  4. Hit 130's for Db Flat presses.
  5. Only have a car payment left for loans.

My 2011 goals are very short term for now:

January 29th Competition:
1. Set 4 meet PRs
2. 500 plus squat
3. 600 plus deadlift
4. 1400 plus total
5. Possible world records (535 squat and 605 dead)

After the meet I will reassess and create new goals, but I believe I am going to try to cut body fat and maintain my strength.

5'10".

I am refraining from weight, bodyfat and pics posting until I am close to target goal. I lost over 60 pounds in 2010, and am on a specific diet from a trainer right now to knock out the rest and shred up.
