I ate so much this weekend I can not even list it all!

A bunch of burgers and hot dogs, ice cream, a lot of bacon and eggs and pancakes. S'mores by the fire I think I had 15 of them. Lots of chips, chicken fingers and a meatball sub.

This is just some of the food I had this weekend, awesome!

I'm coming clean about the upcoming weekend... I'll be at the Sam Adams OktoberFest in Boston.. VIP Session Friday night, and all day Saturday.. Sooo, lots of beers, then BBQ later with more beer. I say it's okay, as a last hurrah before I start my next routine, a cut/recomp to begin Monday...

11pm last night and the carb cravings ended in 3 double cheesburgers and a vanilla shake, no guilt i felt very satisfied!!!

This wasn't in one sitting, just a SAMPLE of my eats this weekend.

Sonic Double Cheeseburger w/Fries. Coke.
Chipotle Barbacoa Burrito. Coke.
A couple fudge dipped granola bars.
A Snickers. Another coke. Bag of Planters peanuts.
A stack of cinnamon graham crackers.
4oz Sirloin, scrambled eggs, hash browns.
2 Asiago cheese bagels with reduced fat plain cream cheese.
Coffee galore.

About 4 chicken burgers (not really junk food IMO, but they had a lot of chilli sauce and came with fries), mcdonalds and a massive brownie.

Saturday;

BCAA's in the morning, beef salad sandwich (on brown bread), chicken salad sandwich (on brown bread), caramel and chocolate fresh cream cake, 8 tins of lager, paprika chicken and baked potato with salad and cheese, 1/2 family bag of toffee popcorn, 1 snickers bar, 1/2 regular bag of cheetos and about 4 cups of coffee...

Sunday;

tbc, but about 4 cups of coffee (at work), 1 cheese ploughmans sandwich, 1 roast beef diner with proper gravy, mashed (creamed) potatoes, roast potatoes (in duck fat), yorkshire puds, cauliflower, carrots, swede, pease, sprouts... I whey shake, 1 chocolte cake and custard, 4 tins of beer, 1-2 bags of chipsticks and perhaps some ice cream...
