I had good workouts trhis week. I'm still learning some of the exercises, but I feel much better then last week! 3 weeks in a row! And yuk! I even bought protein powder drink from GNC. It's horrible but I drink it!

good job lady... what flavor did you buy? you might try adding fruit to it it may help with the taste.
