I am very impressed! With a front squat that strong, she must be very strong in the deadlift?

Right now I am thinking of my daughters, and wondering if that will be them in several years.

Ι like to mention that we don't for 1RM tests every time, we do it very rarely, about every 2-3 months or so.
When we go for records, we do matter more how to lift the weights and not how to exercise the muscles, until there is a sign that the technique is going to be bad, then we stop.
These days we only try for maxes, no other training at all.

If you can see at the videos, we are in a point where the technique is going a little bit bad, so we stopped there.

But in general training the technique is about perfect, for example she works with 70-75 kg for 5X5 or so, when her max is 105.

PS
Our equipment sucks a little bit, we don't have olympic bars and weights, but it's OK to train good etc. and we try to do our best.
Anyway, my dream is someday to make a home gym like these you have (jealous), but at this time, I can't throw them away and buy others, it costs a lot !

It cost me about $2,000 for my gym, and I feel like I have so little. You are so right - home gyms are expensive.

But it's not the weight or the bar, it's the lifter. And I give you a big thumbs up for bringing a good fatherly influence to your daughter's life.

Good fathers should always be applauded.

Can I be honest? I dislike working our with hubbs. He has made no progress in the past 10 years, but won't listen to my advice. He thinks bodybuilding is insane. Yet, I look great. Go figure.
