Hello =). So the discomfort hasnt gone away completely, but its still improving.
I may have another clue about how the discomfort started, most of the time I use a training belt when I squat (I know it may not be the best idea), but the day that the discomfort started I squatted without belt.

Hmmmm...I don't have any experience with belts because I don't use them. How much are you squatting? And did you say the pain came WHILE you were squatting, or after, or...? I truly think it's just a pulled/strained muscle.

The pain came right after a set of squats. I wasnt squatting a lot, they were 205lbs, but I really felt them because I took like a 3 week vacations, and I taught that I was going to easily lift that weight, but yea I was struggling a little bit.

Something interesting happened to me today. I got this SAME pain during my leg routine today. Don't know that it was the squats, but I was like, "Hey, this is exactly where Alex had his pain!" It was very short-lived and doesn't hurt now, so...yeah.
