I generally stay with in 15% B/F. I can tell when I'm getting there because my arm's are the last place to get fatty. So when this happens I drop by carbs for a mini cut. Keeping in the 15% or less it is enough for me to gain but yet low enough that cutting is that long.

Like Sneezzy said- just eat smart! If you feel like you are gaining too much fat then cut back, if you're happy with your progress- keep it up!
