I do cardio at least 3 days a week. Sometimes it's stairmaster and treadmill, sometimes I just walk around the city for a couple of hours.

When I do frequent cardio, I feel like my joints stay fresher. It also increases my metabolism which is helpful for staying lean. Another thing that all these young bulkers should realize is that when you do cardio, increasing your metabolism, you get hungrier, which makes you eat more, which facilitates weight gain. I know that sounds counterintuitive, but the more often I do cardio, the hungrier I am. And I mean that my appetite becomes insatiable.

Just 2 quick sub-10 min. heavy metabolic conditioning sessions a week. Power cleans and just walking around the neighborhood a few days a week with a cleanish diet seems to do the trick.

Treadmills/ellipticals are for warming up and watching TV.

I didn't do cardio for a while... but then I started a new anxiety medication and gained 10lbs in 6weeks... Boo... I'm back to the stairmaster with sweats and a sweatshirt. fun fun!!

Running, jogging or walking almost twice every day BUT only cause I'm cutting intensely for my show. If I was bulking or maintaining it would be slim but I think I will always do it just to keep the heart pumping and blood flowing.

I QUIT!!!

i did way to much cardio to get ready for my show and now i want nothing to do with it.

but i am thinking of doing some boxing for cardio so maybe you could look into that or trying some martial arts. that stuff would be more fun than the eliptical. also i used to like to do sprints and plyometrix when i was young and athletic.

Do complex with barbell or Kettlebells 2 times a week,
after a upperbody strenght session.

and take 1hour long walks 1-2times a week.

this way i can bulk dirty and still be lean-issh

I tend to do cardio only in the month before a powerlifting meet, so that I can make weight. I usually use the Concept2 rower and like to vary it between 500, 1000, and 1500 meters, sometimes going further than that.

I do very little. It's walking if I do any. If you have your diet right, it's just not needed much imo. And that also came from a Pro I talk to.
