Training Age and Improved Recovery
Anyone know anything about recovery getting better with training age?
These past 6 months I feel like I could lift 6 to 7 days a week. Occasionally I overextend myself, but for the most part when I stay sane I could train 6+ days a week.
I trained 4 days in a row this week and feel ready to go again tomorrow.
