I had a bunch of pics of me doing various moves at one time. I'll see if I can get my photograher to take some more with me.

These workouts are so much fun.

Life has been rather, (very) busy lately. Lots of family issues that I'm dealing with.

That doesn't even take into account that I have not seriously lifted in about two weeks since my accident. Things are healing up, but I'm not there yet, AND to top it all off, I have wicked respitory infection again.

I totally smashed my paralletes as well, when the weights crashed onto them. I can still utilize the pushup bars on the lat tower though.

Definately give it a go, it's a great workout.

I'll get some taken again. I just need to get some things taken care of.

sucks man, i had saw in your log you were injured, but hadnt heard how severe it was...

I should be back to lifting for real in about a week, if this respitory infection doesn't get worse. My back is almost better, but I still have some lower lumbar issues with the muscles needing to heal. I pulled them pretty hard, harder than I realized when it happended.
