Anyone ran this. Not sure who wrote it but its off of the m&b website. Think im gonna give it a go first of next year. Id like to do a meet in april so i need to shift programs

I think this is Stefan Korte's routine. I ran it for a few weeks some years back. As far as I remember, it was tougher than it looks. You look at the poundages and think '5 reps with 0.58 x 1 RM is nothing'. But if you do the max of eight sets of squats and deadlifts per session, that's 48 sets a week and 240 reps.

Like all these high frequency/high volume routines (Sheiko, Smolov are two others), it will really dial your technique in. You start feeling like you were born in the squat rack. From that point of view, it's a winner.

It's bloody boring though.

It does seem like the Korte 3x3. I ran that last year for a 2 month cycle. The percentages really aren't that low in the first month because you're doing a ton of volume. This will kick your tail for sure.
