Considering it came from Tnation, it is undoubtedly the result of years of secret research and will turn a Bieber into a Hulk in just a few short weeks. My only question is, which Biotest supplements are required for that kind of radically different workout to be effective?

That's your problem right there...you have to use ALL the supplements. That's the only way you can get away with something crazy like only training 3 days a week.

Won't work. Not attacking the muscle from every angle.
The muscle will understand, therefore not be confused, therefore growth will remain less than optimal therefore you need to lift more. It's obvious.
