Rodeo sex: great cardio and grip exercise but extremely dangerous....sometimes fatal.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

went to a gym overseas that had greasy tiles instead of rubber mats in the weights room. When doing wide-stance squats you actually feel your feet slide outward..

The local gym here in Lexington is a great place to lift. The problem is that they mop the mats often, making them slippery as heck for about 90 minutes.

Realistically, losing your grip/footing on any given exercise is probably the most dangerous thing, especially a big 3 lift or an OLY lift.

incline belly press ftw

yeah yeah its old and everyones seen it but I still cringe every time I watch that.

Serious though I used to do heavy suicide grip incline and flat bench press when I was young and stupid. Lucky I didnt have a belly press incident.
