So because you have off days you shouldn't log? Why would he push things on off days anyway?

I agree with him on a lot of things but if he's training instinctively he will know when to shut it down. Or at least I hope he knows.

He's an advanced lifter. He should know his body well enough to shut things down when needed. What this has to do with not logging is beyond me.

Off days happen. We know they come and go. I am not going to "not log" just because my numbers might be off once a month.

I had to turn off the video after that. Maybe he says something enlightening beyond this part, and I missed the point. If I did, please correct me.

Nah, I didn't agree with anything he said either but he gave some useful advice for beginners about keeping logs. I just wanted to see what you'd say, tis all. Also the pec tear thing was useful to know about as I was concerned about my own bench goals. Also he's a big advocate of training to failure. I disagree with a lot of what he says but he did this video about the Big Beyond Belief training series which was good.
