I would stop breathing 18 times a minute according to my sleep test. I remember waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air.

Sleep apnea is nothing to mess with. If someone feels that they have it, then maybe they should be tested for it.

I have been on a CPAP for 2 weeks and I feel 100% better. I have nergy all day. I would suggest it to anyone.
