Kickbacks and overhead extensions are now considered a gym machine?

Tannhauser 05-20-2013 10:44 AM

Me first! Me first!

Badly written and contains many dubious statements See number four, for example. How many people actually pull the bar violently down onto their neck/shoulders?

Entertaining but silly.

That was my first thought.

I was sent this by a random email asking if I would post it. I said sure. Always good to pass around the stuff being passed around in this niche and run it through the mill.

Did you know that fitness assists ward to combat with diseases?

It's one of the interesting fitness facts.

Also available in English.

The Smith Machine.....

It's only a matter of time before my wife catches me watching some lady doing ATG's in it. I'll be doomed. :D

This is hilarious. Here's another one:

Percentage of Americans making more than $90,000 per year through exercise: 54.3%

That's about 169 million Americans working in the fitness industry. No wonder industrial output is declining.

I was going to call BS on that one too.

"To get sculpted shoulders many gym goers use that Lat-Pulldown Machine...."
How can someone make the mistake of calling this a shoulder exercise, it says Lat in the freakin' name!
