For those working out at home remember to wipe the chalk off your stuff after training.
Chalk is used to absorb moisture and thereby help with the grip, however, chalk left on equipment still draws moisture to it and the thing beneath that chalk is normally metal in the form of plates, barbells etc.
Wipe your equipment down and have it serve you longer!
