MAB core exercises
Hey all. Can we get a list of MAB approved core exercises? (Excluding bb stuff like front squat/ back squat)
I like to do some core work on off days, its important to me since I've had some disc issues in my past. Looking for core strength things where the idea is the core stays up under load, so in before crunch workout.
Suitcase carry (1 arm farmers walk)
Walk holding a plate overhead
uneven farmers walk ( hold different dB's)
Reverse oblique cable crunch
What else MAB?
Do your front squats! -me
