I'm a huge fan of splitting wood with a maul and wedges. I my teens while my friends were mowing lawns with riding mowers, I set up my empire of selling firewood. If I had a place to store all of it, I would probably spend my weekends doing it again.

Used to really enjoy working on the land up north. Cutting trees, hauling wood, cutting lanes, building tree stands. Lots of walking and climbing. Used to enjoy that very much

I was a track athlete as a kid, competed 100m, 400m, shot-put, long & high jump.

Also played basketball for years

One of my big passions were free-diving and If I had more time and money I would pick that up again!

Waterskiing and fishing is also fun, and I did some freeclimbing too but that was 65lbs ago haha

I love wrestling but that is something I recently started as you all may know.

were you naturally good at track or were you interested in it and eventually became good?

I was just looking for some stuff to help with cardio, because I hate running. Martial arts seem to fit the bill nicely.

I played soccer (actual football...) for many years...when I was younger. Also tennis, badminton, squash, a little raquetball, and swimming.

Now golf is my go to conditioning sport...JK...it could be, though, if I could afford it.

Actually, I do a fair amout of conditioning work at home - KBells, plyo exercises, complexes, treadmill, rope jumping, calisthenics, etc. My go to conditioning w/o is using a Tabata app on my IPhone. You can set up the number of cycles (for me that's exercises) and tabatas (for me that's rounds). You can also set up your work time (eg: 30 sec) and your rest times (eg: 10-15 sec). You hit start and it will tell you to "work" or "rest". I don't count reps - just go as hard as you can/want. It even lets me play my music in the background.
