I've known, or heard of too many guys in their 30's - 40's having heart attacks.

With my past, this scares the s**t out of me!!

I agree with you dossas. I hope to God that I never have a heart attack. It is just crazy that there are so many young people having them these days. Sad really.

As a former fat guy at 335lbs I was battling multiple obesity related medical conditions. After loosing 141lbs all those issues are gone. I have a constant battle to stay lean and healthy now.

it's difficult to start exercising and eating healthy when you come from a family that never did either of these. but once you get past the point where it's an uncomfortable change of lifestyle and something that requires lots of motivation, it becomes easier to do and you just feel better. you breathe better, digest food better, sleep better, and have better circulation. you will definitely notice a big difference.
