3 days a week for 90 minutes, minimum. I have at least one thing that is aching or burning at all times. Well worth it.

That might do you more harm than good if you do it often. I like to get in and out within 60 minutes but keep the intensity up!

My thing is it takes 45 minutes to warm up for heavy squats or deads, and another 30 minutes or so for the sets. If its a lighter day i can do it in 50 minutes.
