I have found lately that I am breaking out in the face after I work out. I have discovered that if I apply a honey mask a few times a week this really does help. Just apply honey to a clean face and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Fewer breakouts on my face due to it. I think that you could try it out anywhere you are breaking out.
