Default Nike+ Kinect Training

I am a sucker for merging technology and fitness. So here's a quick glimpse at Nike+ Kinect Training as seen at:

Nike+ Kinect Training. Nike.com

I have not tried this new program yet. It is made only for the X-Box 360.

In many ways it is a close clone of The Biggest Loser Kinect program, just with out the TBL trainers and voice overs.

One plus on this program is the ability to use X-Box live to 'workout with a friend' while in different places.

Instead of only measuring how much weight you lose, the Nike+ program measures your fitness and athleticism based on your progress.
