Squats.. my knees dont like any kind of bending and i always get injured despite good form.
Chinups...i just hate these, never do them. Mostly because i can only do like 2.

I dont hate any other lifts because i generally only do what i enjoy.

  1. Treadmills - Any time I try to stay "Steady state" on anything more than a brisk walk pace..... IT just kills me.
  2. BARBELL Rows - Oh my god Blasphemy, but theres a mix between "Am I doing this right? Am I bouncing too much? Am I going to pull my back on the next rep?"...
  3. Most ab work above 8 reps - Oh and I hate Ab roll outs... I do a few and end up on my face.
  4. Front Squats are a love/hate relationship.

Of course I LOVE walking around alot. And I love any kind of row as long as its not a barbell.

Seated leg curls cause me crazy discomfort. Knees and shins just ache.

Chins become very enjoyable once you can do like 6 I hated them at one point too but stuck with it.
