My hips have been bugging me for 3 weeks after a heavy squats session with chains. I have been rolling and icing them, anything else i can do to help?

I'm also riding a bike and doing high rep low weight sets to feed the area with nutrient rich blood.
Stay on top of the inflammation, focus on mobility work before leg training, and continue to increase overall flexibility.
It just takes time.
