Default Blood Pressure Tips

The last two times I have taken my blood pressure it was higher than it should be. What are some ways that I can lower my BP without going on meds? Please do not say lose weight as I do know that and have lost a few pounds already. Any drinks that will help me or food that I should include in my diet is what I mean.

Sodium/potassium balance is important. Try supplementing with potassium.

You can also do a low carb diet experiment for a month. See what happens.

I too have high blood pressure. I never knew about the potassium. I will have to look into that and see if it could help me out. Thanks BTB.

Potassium I've heard, lower sodium intake if possible. On another view: Try to lower your stress levels, something that's helped me with blood pressure.
