10 minute trainer

This is for my sister. She saw the 10 minute trainer on tv and wants to know if anyone has used it before. She does not want to purchase it if it is not going to be any good. Any thoughts on this?

I don't even need to look at it to know its crap. If she wants results, she'll have to work for them, gimmicks aren't going to get her anywhere.

There is no subistute for proper training, consistency, and progression. I wouldn't purchase it if i were her.

I saw it advertised. I wished that it worked, and could tell you to tell her yes. But 10 minutes is not really that long to be working out daily and I would not see how you would get results.

There are no shortcuts, there are no easy answers, there are no tricks..... eat ,exercise, rest, repeat.

9 minutes is too long. I've only got 7 minutes straight of commercials during my soaps!

Depends how you tell 'em, sometimes.

I checked it out, seems like it's only a cardio style (P90X) DVD sort of thing; why not just search around youtube for some 10-minute workouts, cheaper that way and she can still do a 10-minute session a day, if that's what she wants to do; better to do 10-minutes a day than nothing at all...everyone starts somewhere and that may be her ideal starting point, we don't know.

5K makes a good point. Maybe she will like doing something like that and then think that something like the PX90 is more her speed.
