Default Appauled

I was looking at some photos my sister had taken of me over the weekend that she posted on FB and I am appauled by how I look. I just do not feel that my body is in porportion as to how it should be. I just look at myself and feel that I could look so much better. Anyone else ever feel this way? And if so what do you do to make yourself feel better?

If you do not like how you look then try to change it. Do something about it. Hit the gym a few more times a week to power up. Or if you think you have too much weight on your, eat better and do some cardio. It is up to you no one can make you look better. And often times we are harder on ourselves than others and they do say that the camera adds 10 pounds.

I agree, I heard FB makes you look five pounds heavier. I am always amazed when I see someone from FB in real life, they just don't look the same.

I agree with seconds out. I am sure that it is not that bad, don't you think that if it were someone would have said something to you by now? Just work on your goals and you will get to being the person you want to be.
