The way he was headed, probably;

Enter a meet.
Take one attempt at each lift.
Go home and take the rest of the year off.
Make a plan for next year's PR attempt.
You will continue to grow and get stronger each year.

What I found interesting while watching the video was the fact that rarely did a set go over 4-6 reps because the trainee simply couldn't take the pain. No matter what the weight, he was done in a matter of reps as TUT proceeded to kick his ass.
