Dr Oz, The Quack

Can you trust Dr. Oz? His medical advice often conflicts with the best science. - Slate Magazine

Dr. Oz's promotion of this and other unproven or disproven alternative treatments is irresponsible and borders on quackery.”

Oz calls raspberry ketone supplements another “miracle in a bottle to burn your fat.”
Quote:

On a Jeopardy-themed episode about the “best flat-belly foods of all time,” Oz shared advice on what to do to get rid of a “muffin top.” He recommended almonds, yogurt, and olives, which he said are “great for keeping your belly flat.”
On and on it goes...

I tried Raspberry Keytone. Yeah you could say that was a huge quack. It did not work for me or my husband.

Yeah only eating them and then you will starve yourself. Then of course the weight will just fall off.

I do not watch much of Dr. Oz. I have heard that many love him and take his advice to heart but for me, I just do not feel that interested in his shows. If I want to know something then I will do my own research. Or ask questions about it here:)

I keep getting emails about coffee that are suppose to be from him saying that it will help you lose weight. However I never open them up as they are just spam.

Yeah weaknoob I have gotten them as well. I think that on some things Dr. Oz has some good advice But on many I am just like what the heck? Surely that can not work.
