As BF says, no; headaches can be caused by anything...dehydration is one major cause, overexertion, incereases in NO (Nitric Oxide, for some people that are prone to variations in it, usually migraine sufferers), stress, tiredness, medications, foods...a whole host of issues can cause headaches.
