sabbath is off to a bad start

Take a hot shower, and then add some vicks to your chest and also your feet, then cover feet with thick warm socks. Get into a cozy bed after taking a cold pill made for night time, and then go to sleep. Get a few hours extra sleep to make up for being sick and you should feel much better.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I ended up going to bed super early after eating some chicken noodle soup and taking a hot shower. I vicksed up my feet and chest as well and took some nightquil. I still felt bad in the morning but as the day got better I felt better.
