Keep workouts to an hour or less.
Naturals should train between 2-4 times a week.
Increase weight or do more reps than you did last time to progress.

I'll add:
When squatting, never fear the hole. The hole is where the greatest potential for strength and muscular development lies. Never fear the hole. There is no shame in failing in the hole, but rack it prematurely and go home wondering if you gave it your all. Never fear the hole. The hole is the dwelling place of champions.
