Default Weight Training and Illness

When I am religiously weight training, I rarely ever get sick. In fact, I haven't had a bad cold or flu all year. This is fairly common for me, even when my diet sucks.

A few years ago I hurt my shoulder and had to stop training for several months. I was sick quite a number of times that Wnter.

Anyone else experience this? I'm thinking weight trainers need to be given an insurance break.

Unfortunately for myself I work in a large office enviroment. I also share a cubicle with other workers. Basically I work in a cesspool of other peoples germs.

It's pretty much a given to catch some bug at least once a year. I hate being sick.

I know what you mean. I used to do hearing testing for a living and had to touch about 8000 factory workers each year. While many of them had good hygiene habits, quite a few of them had very poor hygiene. I was always getting sick.

I'm the same way as long as I keep taking my vitamins and keep up on my routine I rarely get sick. As soon as I stop, BAM! the sickness hits me.
