Yeah Ive been looking on the site and spotted this one. I don't see any problems. If I have any questions I'll be sure to ask you guys.

So tentative schedule will be M W F weights and T TH crossfit. Leaving S for optional extra workout or Sat Sun for days off.

HA! EPIC ... funny thanks for the share. I dont think I'll be working out in my skivies anytime soon ... I would hear way to many "Hey man, why dont you take off your sweater if you're going to work out" jokes. :-/
