Name 5 things that you do to be healthy everyday
1. Get plenty of sleep
2. take a multivitamin
3. Drink as much water as I can
4. Lift a few times a week
5. be as active as I can be

2. Train for gains, not pain
3. Take a nap
4. Read something challenging - a new concept or idea
5. Drink plenty of agua
1. Be with my family
2. exercise and lift
4. Take my vitamins
5. Eat healthy

2. Don't stress over anything, i'll expand by saying this, which is tremendous
You have a problem. Answer yes? Can you do something about? Yes. Then do it. No. Then don't worry.
3. Take a multivitamin.
4. Walk. I try and take a mile walk everyday just to clear my head.
5. Sleep(this is the hardest thing for me to do, working on it)
1. Play lots of sports
2. Drink enough
3. Get my calcium intake in with milk, yogurt and cheese.
5. Eat fruit and veggies.
