Default Swollen ankle

My ankle is swollen and I was wondering if it is best to wrap it or buy a brace for it. I twisted it while playing football yesterday with the guys, and would like it to go down in swelling and be more comfortable to walk on.

R.I.C.E = rest, ice, compression (bandage), elevate

I agree with the above poster. You need to rest it, and keep ice on it. Elevating it will help and compression is good for it, so either a wrap or a brace would be fine.
