Health tips while traveling
What are some health tips that you have for traveling? I always carry a bottle of water with me, so that way I can stay hydrated. And I like to carry some almonds or granola bars in the car with me so I avoid unwanted temptation.

Almonds, water, whey, and packed lunches. Sunflower seeds too, I need something entertaining to eat while I drive.

Wear a seatbelt, carry a sick-bag...oh....okay ...I normally have a bottle of water and food of some sort with me.
