Default Health tips while traveling

What are some health tips that you have for traveling? I always carry a bottle of water with me, so that way I can stay hydrated. And I like to carry some almonds or granola bars in the car with me so I avoid unwanted temptation.

Almonds, water, whey, and packed lunches. Sunflower seeds too, I need something entertaining to eat while I drive.

I'm a bad boy! When I travel, it's a holiday and I eat accordingly. Love to find BBQ places along the route.
