What is your favorite way to lose fat? For me it was running. Took some time to get used to but I did it

I will say this though, I'm not sure that it really makes A LOT difference when you eat or what types of foods you eat at each meal. The big difference for me is that following the Lean Gains eating plan makes me accountable for what I put in my mouth. So the real secret is sticking to a plan, tracking what you eat, and watching the scale for changes.

The whole works...some cardio, some weights, can't really say "diet" because I was eating more.
